Understand the work
AI adoption only makes sense in the context of the roles and workflows it affects. We connect approved activity to the work that matters, so improvement is grounded in how your organisation actually operates.
About PromptLeash
AI changes how work gets done. Leaders need to understand where it is useful, how effectively it is used, and how their people and processes should develop with it.
Why we exist
Every organisation is investing in AI. The hard question is whether that investment is producing better work. Leaders need to understand where AI is useful, how proficient their people are, and which workflows are actually improving.
PromptLeash was built to make those decisions clearer. We connect approved AI activity to the roles and workflows behind it, so organisations can adopt AI well, invest with confidence and prepare their people for what comes next.
Based in Melbourne, our team brings experience in enterprise AI delivery, distributed systems and enterprise software. PromptLeash is being evaluated in a live enterprise pilot.

What we believe
AI adoption only makes sense in the context of the roles and workflows it affects. We connect approved activity to the work that matters, so improvement is grounded in how your organisation actually operates.
Raw logs and dashboards are not insight. We analyse approved AI activity within your environment and turn it into findings people can act on, for investment, training and process decisions.
Analysis runs within the approved scope in your organisation's environment. Interaction content is processed locally according to the agreed scope and controls, so visibility and trust coexist.
Team
PromptLeash is built by a Melbourne team that has sold, designed and delivered enterprise AI platforms, and built distributed AI systems in regulated environments. We pair the enterprise buyer's view of the problem with the engineering discipline to deploy inside the most demanding environments.
Co-founder and CEO
Jeremiah is the Co-founder and CEO of PromptLeash, leading product direction, company strategy, fundraising and enterprise relationships. His experience spans the sale, design and delivery of enterprise AI platforms in prior roles.
He brings the perspective of both an enterprise buyer and a delivery leader to the problem PromptLeash addresses: understanding what AI is doing, where it creates value and what an organisation should change next.
Co-founder and Chief Sales Officer
Saugata is Co-founder and Chief Sales Officer at PromptLeash, leading go-to-market strategy, enterprise partnerships and CXO-level relationships.
He has spent over two decades running consultative enterprise sales with C-suite executives, from defining the problem through evaluation, selection and implementation. Most recently, as Vice President and Client Partner at Capgemini Invent, he grew the firm's Financial Services business 5x.
Co-founder and CTO
Samuel is Co-founder and CTO of PromptLeash, responsible for platform architecture, classification models, evaluation and engineering delivery. He brings eight years of experience building distributed AI systems in regulated environments.
At PromptLeash, he focuses on building reliable software that can be deployed and operated within customers' approved environments, with clear data boundaries and repeatable release processes.
Open source
We plan to open-source parts of PromptLeash over time, so organisations can inspect how AI activity is classified and measured, and build on that work themselves. We will publish each component when it is ready and announce it on our news page.
