Information we collect

When you contact PromptLeash or book a demo, we may collect your name, work email, company, organisation size, message, and booking details. We also use website analytics to understand aggregate traffic and interactions.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, organise requested meetings, assess whether PromptLeash is relevant to your organisation, and improve the website and service.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If PromptLeash introduces a newsletter or research subscription, it will ask for separate consent and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers

PromptLeash uses service providers including AWS, Calendly, and Google Analytics to operate the website and respond to enquiries. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms.

Our subprocessors page lists each provider and the information it handles.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga and _ga_<ID>cookies only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. We use them to understand aggregate traffic and how the site is used. The cookies last for up to two years.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Declining stops further collection and removes those cookies.

The booking scheduler is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose to load it.
